FIRST MODEL RESIDENCE DRAWS BUYERS TO VISTABLUE SINGER ISLAND

FIRST MODEL RESIDENCE DRAWS BUYERS TO VISTABLUE SINGER ISLAND

SINGER ISLAND, Fla. (March 13, 2017) –  While construction on VistaBlue Singer Island, a 19-story luxury beachfront condominium located along the coast of Florida’s Palm Beaches, will continue for another ten months, buyers now have the opportunity to tour the property’s elegantly furnished residences. The first of four model residences, fully finished and furnished by the award-winning design firm Interiors by Steven G., is now open for sales tours. The other three model residences will be finished over the next several weeks.

The new condominium, offering 58 spacious residences with oversized terraces and access to a pristine private beach, is the first oceanfront residential project on Singer Island in nearly a decade. With prices ranging from $1.4 million to nearly $8 million, residences will be move-in ready in January 2018.

Developer Third Palm Capital, and the Douglas Elliman sales and marketing team, believe providing brokers and buyers the opportunity to tour the finished models is yet another advantage this building has over its competition.

“Seeing is really believing, especially when you are asking buyers to invest in a high-end property,” said Third Palm Capital Executive Director Randall Tuller. “We therefore made finishing several model residences a priority. Each model showcases different views and design aesthetics, and was completed prior to build out, which was no easy task. Our builder Wieland and interior designer Steven G. really came through for us.”

“Our buyers really appreciate that they can now walk the property and see for themselves the extraordinary views, high quality of workmanship and the lifestyle VistaBlue offers. The response has been extraordinarily positive,” said Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman’s Florida Brokerage.

Interiors by Steven G. developed four different design schemes from which buyers can choose throughout the building, making every residence at VistaBlue a Steven G. -designed home.

“Third Palm gave us a free hand in the design of the interiors, allowing us to create extraordinary and distinctive spaces that speak to the discerning high-end buyer, incorporating only the highest quality materials and products,” said Steven G.

The first model residence (4C) showcases a marriage of traditional and modern design. Decorative wall mouldings with textured grass cloth evoke the property’s lush surroundings. Imported Italian porcelain tile floors inside and out, and chandeliers finished in antique brass, convey opulence, while the tone-on-tone crème color scheme and soft linen furnishings reflect a more casual beach lifestyle. Architectural details such as dropped ceilings with recessed lighting create a dramatic effect and provide a counterbalance to the high ceilings and extensive floor-to-ceiling glass. An innovative Lutron lighting control and solar blinds system automatically controls the amount of sunlight that enters the room at any time of the day.

The other residences also use a neutral tone-on-tone color scheme, soft organic fabrics, and clean lines, while incorporating more contemporary design elements, such as a large round Calacatta Oro marble cocktail table and Craftsman-style wood furniture (5C), wood-grain bump-out columns and textured wall coverings (5A), and custom, imported wood-lacquered floor-to-ceiling wall panels (5B).

Interiors by Steven G., South Florida’s most prominent interior design firm, is the recipient of numerous platinum design awards for full service interior design. Onsite design resource Houzz honored the firm with “Best of Houzz” 2013-2016 and with best of HOUZZ Design Service in 2016. The company employs Florida-registered interior designers, technical designers and design renderers and showcases furniture, artwork and accessories in a 100,000-square-foot showroom located in Pompano Beach. Adjacent to the corporate showroom is their NOW by Steven G showroom offering affordable luxury living, turnkey packages.  An additional ultra-luxury Boutique showroom is located in Sunny Isles Beach.

Third Palm Capital commenced construction on VistaBlue Singer Island in 2015 without a pre-sale requirement and is holding the entire buyer’s deposit – only 20 percent – in escrow until closing.
