1. This is Third Palm Capital’s first luxury development in Palm Beach County. What attracted you to the area?
The pristine beach, for starters – Singer Island has arguably one of the nicest beaches on the East Coast. It’s special – very wide, natural, and close to the Gulf Stream. Singer Island appeals to the sophisticated buyer who wants to be close to culture, world-class golf courses, exclusive country clubs, fine dining and shopping, and natural beauty, but doesn’t want to be amongst the crowds. VistaBlue is a perfect marriage of cosmopolitan luxury with laid-back island life – ideal for the power couple in flip flops type.

2. What distinguishes VistaBlue from other luxury developments rising on Florida’s coast?
Again, it’s the extraordinary location. There’s really no residential “product” quite like this in the Palm Beaches. The last luxury property was built nearly a decade ago, and people’s tastes, along with building technology, have changed a lot since then. This is a unique building, and it’s built with one of the best construction and design teams in the industry. We have a deep commitment to quality – to buildings and communities that are built to stand the test of time. We’re very selective about our builders and subcontractors, the materials and building systems, and that shows in VistaBlue Singer Island.

3. What’s your favorite part of this property – what would make you want to live there?
The view is simply beautiful, especially the sunrises and sunsets. The Italian porcelain floors – indoor and out on the terraces – are really nice as well. They look – and feel – wonderful. I love what Steven G has designed for the residence interiors too – they’re luxurious but also relaxed, which is how you want to feel in a beach residence. But I think my favorite part is the amenity level on the third floor with the elevated pool deck, social room, and wine bars. I’m a social person so I like places where people come together – and this floor is really a beautifully designed set of spaces that flow nicely together, like a high-end private club. I can imagine some great interactions over wine at one of the fire pits around the pool.

4. How does VistaBlue’s pricing compare with other options buyers may have?
Although VistaBlue is the only new project under construction on Singer Island, buyers have the option to purchase in existing older buildings or wait for proposed projects to come to fruition. VistaBlue is very competitively priced, especially considering the very high-quality finishes, design, and construction. We have implemented two price increases as certain sales goals have been achieved with more increases anticipated, but it is important to note we are still offering construction pricing. I believe that buyers who have signed contracts during construction will be very happy with the market value of their finished residence.
