<p class="p2"><b>SINGER ISLAND, Fla. </b><strong>(March 13, 2018)</strong> – The winter sales season produced a number of new buyers at <span class="s2">VistaBlue Singer Island</span>, the first oceanfront luxury condo to deliver in Palm Beach so far this year. The property is now 70% sold with only 18 units remaining, including a 6,242-square-foot, 4-bedroom penthouse on the 19th floor featuring spectacular views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway listed for $7.646 million. Closings are scheduled to begin in April, with a grand opening celebration tentatively scheduled for May.</p>

<p><strong>SINGER ISLAND, Fla. (December 14, 2017) – </strong>Sales of condominium residences at <a href="http://www.vistabluesingerisland.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">VistaBlue Singer Island</a>, the first luxury condo the island has seen in nearly a decade, were brisk this fall – well in advance of the start of the winter sales season. The <a href="https://www.elliman.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Douglas Elliman Development Marketing</a> sales team placed five condominiums under contract at the 58-unit boutique property in a period of just two weeks, bringing the property up to 60% sold. The property will be delivered, move-in ready, in the first quarter of 2018.</p>
<p>According to MLS data, sales at VistaBlue outpaced the entire Singer Island luxury market. So far in 2017, 21 condos priced over $1 million sold in all other Singer Island buildings. During this same time period, 27 condos at VistaBlue were placed under contract.</p>
<p>The sales pace has allowed for the implementation of planned tiered price increases on residences at VistaBlue, as sales thresholds are met. For example, construction pricing on an entry-level residence was listed for $1.4 million until earlier this year. That same residence is now listed at $1.6 million.</p>
<p>A rare oceanfront location partially explains why sales at VistaBlue are brisk: it is the only new luxury condominium in all of Palm Beach County with a private beach on the Atlantic slated to open in early 2018. Product quality is another major driver.</p>

(March 13, 2017) –  While construction on VistaBlue Singer Island, a 19-story luxury beachfront condominium located along the coast of Florida’s Palm Beaches, will continue for another ten months, buyers now have the opportunity to tour the property’s elegantly furnished residences. The first of four model residences, fully finished and furnished by the award-winning design firm Interiors by Steven G., is now open for sales tours. The other three model residences will be finished over the next several weeks.</p>
<p>The new condominium, offering 58 spacious residences with oversized terraces and access to a pristine private beach, is the first oceanfront residential project on Singer Island in nearly a decade. With prices ranging from $1.4 million to nearly $8 million, residences will be move-in ready in January 2018.</p>
<p>Developer Third Palm Capital, and the Douglas Elliman sales and marketing team, believe providing brokers and buyers the opportunity to tour the finished models is yet another advantage this building has over its competition.  </p>

<p>Interiors by Steven G., South Florida’s most prominent interior design firm, is the recipient of numerous platinum design awards for full service interior design.
