VistaBlue Q&A with Robert Kemp

VistaBlue Q&A with Robert Kemp

1. The first of VistaBlue Singer Island’s penthouses, listed at $7.869 million, went under contract – can you tell us what makes it special?
This is an extraordinarily spacious residence located on the 19th floor of the property with 12-foot ceilings, an East-West flow-through design offering views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. However, what truly sets this penthouse apart is that every aspect of the property is meticulously tailored to meet the wants and needs of every resident.

2. What caused the buyer to buy a penthouse at this stage of construction?
The buyer is actually a long-time resident of Singer Island, and they came to us looking for the “crown jewel of Singer Island” – and that’s what they got. When they met our team and saw their dedication, the buyers knew that no other property on Singer Island would be made with the same attention to detail. Our team understands that this is the first luxury condominium project on Singer Island in the last ten years, and they are committed to raising the bar on what that means in all aspects of development.

3. What are some of the distinguishing features of the penthouses and the property overall?
All of the luxuriously designed interiors have open modern floor plans, designer kitchens with Poggenpohl custom kitchen cabinetry and Miele appliances, imported porcelain tile floors indoors and out, wraparound terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass create an effortless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Five-star amenities include an elevated pool terrace and sundeck overlooking the Atlantic; a state-of-the-art fitness center with men’s and women’s luxury locker rooms complete with saunas; club room and card room; a social lounge with and two bars. It feels very much like an exclusive private club.

4. What makes Singer Island the ideal island location?
Buyers are attracted to Singer Island because it is a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle, yet conveniently located just minutes away from the best the Palm Beaches has to offer. The island is known for its laidback attitude and is the kind of place where you never know if the person sitting next to you is a boat captain – or owner of the yacht itself. People kind of blend – there are fewer pretenses here than in other parts of Palm Beach County. It’s an ideal place to connect with nature and spend time on the water. On the whole, VistaBlue is a quiet paradise retreat.
